Victory Heights, WA Drug and Alcohol Rehab Centers

Only about 11% of all addicts will ever receive substance abuse treatment. Many alcohol and drug abusers simply don’t know where to start. They aren’t sure what type of addiction treatment that they need, and they’re scared to reach out for help.

When choosing the right addiction treatment program, substance abusers can choose between various levels of care. The level of care that is most appropriate for each alcohol or drug abuser will depend on the severity of his or her addiction. It will also depend on the severity of the withdrawal symptoms experienced. There are two levels of care to choose from:

  • Inpatient care. With this level of care, patients will move into the rehab facility for 28 to 90 days, so that they are under constant medical supervision. This intense level of care assures patients that their every whim and desire will be answered within a moment’s notice. Patients can easily gain access to addiction experts and an assortment of addiction treatment services.
  • Outpatient care. With this level of care, patients are able to receive treatment whenever they have time. They do not stay at the rehab facility. Instead, they can choose to receive treatment every day with a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) or several times a week with an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP).

There are over 15 drug and alcohol treatment centers in Seattle. Many of these rehab facilities are in and around Victory Heights, Washington, so residents should have no problem finding a local treatment center. Some rehab facilities offer inpatient care and others offer outpatient care. Many rehab centers offer both levels of care, so clients can easily find what they’re looking for.Recovery Meetings and Support Groups in Victory Heights, WA
