At Northpoint Washington, we want to do our part to assist people in finding the help they need. The following information can serve as a guide to the mental health and addiction recovery resources that are there to help people in Benton City.

Unfortunately, there are currently no scheduled Alateen meetings in the Benson City area, or within a 100-mile radius. Please note that anyone is permitted to attend an Al-Anon meeting, regardless of their age.
In addition, Alateen hosts regular online chat meetings through their website. They take place throughout the week, and participants must be between the ages of 13 and 18. All of these meetings are moderated by an adult.
There are many mental health resources that can assist people in Benton City. They include county and community programs, support groups and other types of help.
The Benton County Crisis Line can be reached by calling (800) 783-0544.
The National Suicide Prevention Lifeline is available 24/7 to provide crisis intervention services. Please call 1-800-273-8255.
Teen Link offers crisis intervention services to teenagers. Their phone number is (866) 833-6546.
It can be a challenge to find quality outpatient mental health treatment in Washington State. The Promise Program was created as a way to meet that need. It offers partial hospitalization services and the program typically runs for 4-5 weeks, depending on the client’s needs.
Promise offers several types of treatment and services that can include:
We work with people who have many types of mental health issues, such as:
During the Promise Program, clients receive individual counseling sessions with their therapist each week. They meet with a psychiatrist twice per week for medication management services. Case management and crisis intervention services are available and family sessions can be arranged if needed.
Northpoint Washington is located close to 4 hours away from Benton City by car and less than an hour away by airplane.
Support groups like AA and NA may work well for some people, but they are not the answer for everyone. It is wise to consider whether professional treatment might be the best solution; particularly for those who have never had it before.
We offer one of the best drug and alcohol rehab programs in the State of Washington. We also provide detox services for anyone who requires them in order to stop using successfully. This also includes medical detox.
Our admissions coordinators are here to help you get started with treatment the right way. They'll verify your health insurance, help set up travel arrangements, and make sure your transition into treatment is smooth and hassle-free.
